Who owns the servers ?
We are NOT resellers. All server's are bought and owned by us outright - not leased. We own and operate our own switching and routing equipment.
How many VPS's per node ?
15 max.
Do you offer managment of VPS's ?

Is IRC hosting allowed?
No, we do not allow any IRC servers.
Do you offer any control panels ?
We currently offer Direct Admin at £3 per month and cPanel at £8 per month.
How long does it take for the VPS to be set up ?
Your VPS will be setup within 12 hours subject to payment method and availability.
Are additional IP Addresses available ?
If you can justify them - we'll give them.
Can I upgrade to another VPS plan later ?
Yes, please email support who will upgrade you.
Is Adult Contents allowed ?
No, adult content is not allowed.
Is the OS secured ?
By default we secure the OS with:-
SSH via keys (if you request password access this will be sent via sms or telephone).
Ports open: FTP,SSH,SMTP,HTTP,POP3 and HTTPS.
Direct root logins disabled.
Where are the servers located ?
All servers are located in Redbus Interhouse in London Docklands.
