Hi,
I have made a change to the group policies for the board to allow me to directly enforce the 5 post minimum rule
All new members are now unable to post in the advertising section until they have made their 5 posts.
On the 5th post they are automatically promoted into a new group that has the ability to post in the advertising section

All existing standard members must make at least one post before they can also post in the advertising forums. This is due to the software design whereby I am unable to promote you myself, however those of you with more than 5 posts will be promoted automatically on your next post
